Like once you’ve fixed your diet, hacked your sleep, and optimized your supplements, then you can sprinkle in a little mindfulness.
But here’s the truth:
Stress management isn’t the last chapter.
It’s the prologue.
It’s the piece that makes everything else work.
The Storm That Cancels All Plans
You can eat the cleanest diet.
You can track your sleep and take longevity supplements.
You can do all the cold plunges and HIIT classes.
But if your nervous system is dysregulated, your body is still in defense mode. You’re climbing uphill in a storm.
Chronic stress:
Disrupts hormones

Weakens immune function
Accelerates aging
And it doesn’t always look like “feeling stressed.”
