Hi, I’m Dr. Lynette!

Confession: I might be a successfully high-vibe doctor, mom, wife, and daughter now, but I used to be a totally stressed-out over-achiever.

Yes, I was proud of my accomplishments. I’d worked really hard and got to do meaningful work. But trying to do it all and be it all left me exhausted, burned out, inpatient, and disconnected from everyone I loved.

Then, the wildest thing happened: I accidentally stumbled into a mind-body medicine talk after signing up for an event without reading the details. (Uh, way too busy for fine print thank you very much!)

What I experienced in that event room opened my eyes. Practicing the tools I’d learned there, suddenly, what used to feel like the end of the world was no big deal. And the more I applied the tools, the happier, calmer, and more fulfilled with life I became.
